Compile stream pc for 1000 euro?

I wanted to start streaming on Twitch soon and only need the PC and the microphone.

Now my request:

Could someone put together a PC, the total of max. 1000 euro costs? On the PC is NOT played. I'm playing on the console. RGB's would not be bad.

Are enough providers, where you can configure a PC.
