Twitch insults?

I wanted to ask if you can insult in your streams. Because it confuses me that some people say that you are not allowed to, but offends e.g. Orange orange in your streams.

Insults are generally not allowed under criminal law in Germany. Regardless of whether it is a stream or anywhere else. You shouldn't offend anyone.
