The function of the 2FA is meant that no one gets to your account. You have deposited something for that you can access (mobile number). If you can't access it anymore, it means that you are not the owner.
At 2FA, you have to be hell-bent as you've noticed.
Your last chance remains here only the support of Twitch. If you can show them that the account is yours, then there's a chance they'll disable the 2FA for you. But I can't promise anything.
