Webcam for Twitch streaming?

Which webcam, best in 4K, comes to mind when you think about quality / price ratio?

Which Twitch Stream in 4K can you think of?

So far I've only had bad experiences with 4K webcams. They get hot too quickly and use up too much resources. And the output in the stream is only 1080p even with full screen.
