My PS4 headset microphone is buzzing, what can I do about it?

I recently started streaming gameplay on my PS4 (on Twitch). However, there's a problem with audio quality. When I watch the VOD on Twitch you can hear a strong / loud / intense hum in the background. I'm not sure if this is the problem with the fans on my PS4 or my headset microphone. My buddies say that if I chat with them at the party, the problem is not there.

I hope I could describe it clearly. I'm grateful for any help.

I used to pull out the battery cable

Do you mean by "battery cable" the cable of the console or the cable of the headset? ^^
