Can I watch videos ingame in a small window?

I want to gamble because I currently only have one screen occupy a quarter of it with the browser and a yt video twitch stream etc is that possible? Do you need extra programs for this or is it already the case on the windows side?

i have windows 10 and the games are minecraft and apex in focus.

When you pause a YouTube video there's a picture in picture icon at the top. Then it should work. If the game is in full screen Alt + TAB and then everything should work.

Can you set in the game options whether you can switch off display in full screen? Then you could adjust the windows as you know it from Windows

Yes, that's only possible I would then no longer have the game in full screen so I would like to have the picture in full screen only on this full screen, almost a quarter of around for video / stream
