Is it bad to be bot on Twitch?

Hi, a friend of mine has just been botted and about 100 people have followed him at the same time. As a result, he now has 300 instead of 200 followers. Can that have a bad impact on him? Does Twitch have any anti-bot system?

It is completely unnecessary! No bot will watch him, so the new followers notice that they are "fake" followers. I have been streaming for about 1.5 months and already have 80 followers and a large clan🙂
