How do I get determined?

I actually have a lot of goals and ideas that I want to implement.

Study successfully
write your own book
be good at my workplace

But instead of single-mindedly working and studying, I keep sitting on YouTube and Twitch.

I'm not getting anywhere, even though I really want to.
