My stream is lagging on Twitch?

The most important thing in advance, have an almost 30 upload / 10-14 ping.

Stream on 720p with a bitrate of 5000-6000 (Twitch does not support more and we also recommend the highest bitrate)

I have 2 monitors. Switch off the 2nd when streaming so that the entire performance is fixed on one, trzdm sometimes lags my stream.

(have animated overlays, scene transitions and several scenes such as end, pause etc)

It's nice that you give us some information. But you have left out 2 pieces of information, the most important ones. Your settings & your hardware.
