Think if you want to have a monitor keyboard and mouse that is critically so complete sets are bad through and through I would buy a 600-700 euro PC on dubaro. They sell ready-made PCs that you can configure yourself.

Building it yourself is much cheaper. Actually, you don't have to have any experience, you just have to follow the instructions.

As suggested by the other user, build it yourself or have it built. For a good monitor, mouse and keyboard, you will have to pay around 200-300 euro. So for 700 euro pc there isn't much left, it depends a lot on what kind of games you play. With the budget, I advise you to simply get a ps5 or xbox. Best graphics, and great for streaming too. Or save a little bit more 700 euro is a lot of money and buy something for you, which in the end is not so great, is usually not worth it.
