Macbook as a webcam on a PC?

I started streaming live on Twitch a few days ago. Now I would also like to use a camera, but I don't really want to invest money directly. So my question is: Can I somehow connect my Macbook to my PC as a live webcam (Windows 10)? Unfortunately, I don't have any other sensible camera anywhere else.
