Twitch stream out of focus?

My twitch stream is pretty pixelated, though it stands at 1080p. Does anyone know why this is and how can I change that?

Or to lame internet

Most likely it is A. On the Internet or B. On the PC or PS4

Try to record with a CaptureCard otherwise
