What is the difference from the 2?

What is the difference? All I can see is that at 2, the upper-right font is in English, the Presi is higher and it's from 18. Why is that? Is it different in one version?

The first link is definitely the original game, you see u.A. Also on the "Amazon's choice".
The second link is "AT" behind it, so this is probably not a German version (possibly Austria?). In the reviews I have read that the game is only available in English, so you should rather take the first link. Especially since that is cheaper.
