I got an XBox One last week and would like to know which games are best for someone who only plays OFFLINE? (e.g. From gameplay, graphics etc. Everything except online functions)

from the FIFA series?
from the NBA 2k series
from the field of ice hockey
from the field of racing games
…

At first I thought only of the AC series.
