Controller no longer connects to my Xbox one s?

I always play with USB cable and without batteries but when I just switched on my Xbox the controller was no longer connected and could not be connected anymore. The controller is still flashing and if I keep the connection button pressed, who also flashes faster. But when I press the connection button on the Xbox or keep it pressed, nothing happens.

Can someone help me?

I also had problems with my controller at the time and had simply turned to support.

If these can't help you, you may still have a warranty on the and can therefore have it exchanged or repaired.
