As you can see in the title, I'm looking for a good monitor for my recently purchased Xbox. Unfortunately, I don't really have any idea what to look out for… The monitor should have Qhd (2560 × 1440), 144 Hz, and 27 inches and not necessarily cost more than 500 euro. During my search I saw many models that I liked, for example the Acer Predator XB273UGS (27 inch). Link: https://www.amazon.de/...083WZL8C5/ With this I have often read that the 120 fps that I would like to achieve are only available with Displayport, which the Xbox series x does not have. It's the same with the Asus Tuf Gaming VG27AQ. Link: https://www.amazon.de/...07VTPKCLS/ So my question: is one of the two monitors or even both suitable for the console? If not: which one would you recommend? (I will probably play a lot of shooters like Apex Legends, Cod Coldwar / Modern Warfare, Battlefield). Is that correct with the 120 fps and are 60 fps sufficient for a 144 hz monitor or for the aforementioned shooter? I would appreciate helpful answers.
Qhd 144hz is not available on the Series X
