Moin Moin ausm Norden!
I bought a headset for the XBOX One and realized that when I turn the connector, there will be some scratching noise. My people also told me that despite my new headset, I'm super quiet and others are listening twice.
Can this information possibly better judge whether the controller or the headset is the problem?
Would be glad about a feedback.
Maybe your device is really bad. Inquire at the store
You can try another controller. If the problem is not gone, then use an adapter
I have the problem with me sometimes too. This is probably due to both, both controller and headset…
I simply sprayed contact spray on the headset and easily blurred with a cloth, then put in the controller and let it work.
