Fortnite Xbox One S graphics error?

I play Fortnite on the Xbox One S and now I've often noticed that when landing on the cities, the graphics only builds up and is bent.

And just before landing the graphics then normal is what this may be.

Since I already had a Playstation 4 because I have never seen this problem. In other games, the problem is synonymous not so can only be due to Fortnite.
