Deactivate parental controls live on Xbox?

I wanted to ask how you actually deactivate the youth protection on Xbox live.

Does anyone know how this works? I know what the protection of minors is and I'm old enough. But I have an old account there I want to change it.

Does anyone know if there's a post or instructions on how to deactivate it in your account?

Part of the function itself is that you have to be old enough to know how to deactivate it. 💩
