Sync GTA V PC Steam and Xbox One account?

Can I somehow connect my Xbox One account to my Steam account so that I have the same progress on both platforms?

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible anymore. Until a few years ago, you could transfer your online game progress from Ps3 to Ps4 or Xbox 360 to xbox one, but it is no longer possible. I got GTAV for PC from Steam six months ago, but I couldn't transfer my game progress from Ps4 to my PC.

Thanks to the modders and hackers, Rockstar has deactivated the diesel function.
