Warzone ping problems?

I play Warzone on my Xbox one s and have had an 80-90 ping for some time now. I have tried everything LAN cable, NAT type open, switch off all WLAN devices and nothing works.

My provider is Telekom, maybe you have that problem too or you have tips for me.
