So you can't fully exploit the Series X then. The TV has a 4K resolution with 60Hz. That is the maximum then. Extras like VRR or ALLM are also not supported on it.
But you also have to see how many games will actually offer a 120Hz mode afterwards and how important this will be in the future.
If you want to buy a TV now, make sure it has HDMI 2.1 and supports the new features of the Series X. If you already have the TV, then that's no big deal and just check that it is up to date the next time you buy it.

Hard to find something under 700 euro. Most of the time, these new features are only built into the high-end devices. So if you are not ready to spend over 1,000 euro to really use everything, the Panasonic is enough.
