I need firmware for the Jay-tech 5055TT TV?

I have the problem that 4k does not work with my xbox with my PS4 but it does. So I decided to do a firmware update on my TV. After roaming the net for ages, I thought I would ask if someone could help me here.

What Xbox do you have? Do you have at least one HDMi 1.4 cable, better an HDMI 2.0 cable since 1.4 4K can only with 30Hz?

I can reach up to 1080 x 1920 p with 120 hearts. I'm not sure if you can use it to infer the cable. Btw 4k works in principle it always flickers a 4k picture when I switch to 4k until the xbox tells me it would not work.

Have you already switched to 4K in the Xbox viewing options?

Ever tried connecting the TV to the internet? The should then report when there's a new update
