Wlan knot problem?

My friends short question for the very clever among you. I own a wlan from A1 rather a net cube (Alcatel). I have a problem with the adjustment. I occasionally play console (Xbox One) and there's the Internet setting UPnP. Did I activate the UPnP Although I have the NAT type open but can't play online. Did I disable the UPnP I have only the NAT type moderate but can play online. What can this be? 😉

Replace the connections with Lan cable (no Wi-Fi use), then the problem is off the table. Or change the router against a Fritz box of AVM.

I'm already running over lan, but I'll try that with the box.
