I got an Xbox one 1 week ago and for 2 days the controller only works on the cable, as soon as I disconnect the cable from the controller, which is fully charged and when I try to connect it should actually have the Xbox sign the controller starts to flash when you press the connection button on the back of the controller but what can't help somehow me?!
As soon as you disconnect the cable does it go out? Are there batteries or batteries in it? Because of course he shouldn't go out per se.
When connecting, you have to use the small button above, no cable may be connected. You hold it down briefly until the controller flashes. Do the same on your console until the Xbox logo also flashes on it. Then both should synchronize.
Hope this helps you.
Yes batteries are inside, of course, when I press the Xbox symbol it also flashes, only when I press the small button above (cable is unplugged) it does not flash and therefore do not connect
