Relink Rocket League Acc and keep items?

I don't remember my email and password for my rocket league acc. I'm still linked to it on the switch, but I'll get an xbox soon, so I wanted to ask whether I can link a new acc and still keep my items and my progress.

If you no longer know the data, the account will unfortunately be lost.
