No access to the email of my Cod Account, what should I do?

So my Xbox account was linked to my cod account but recently it was "unlinked" for some reason and now I can no longer link it because I don't have access to the old email and so I have all my progress in MW / Warzone lost

Is there a way to get my account back anyway?
