Xbox One S all digital with drive, is that possible?

I bought the Xbox One S all digital and wanted to ask if you can connect an external drive or similar. So you can play with a disc as well?

You can connect a drive if you have a USB port, but if the drive is compatible with the xBox or recognizes the disc is another matter. DVDs should look that way though

I can't imagine. Not only because of the probably missing driver support, also because the standard drive is a 4K BluRay drive.

What if I had a 4K BluRay drive? Would it work then?

Something like that costs more than the console itself… Do not think that would work. This would have to find something on Google.
