Hi, on 04/02/21 I bought an xbox controller at Media Markt exactly one month ago and now the A button has given up the ghost. How is this regulated? Is there still a guarantee on it?
As far as I know, there's at least a 12 month guarantee in DE, so it should be covered by guarantee.

Yes, you always have a 1 year guarantee on everything at Mediamarkt. You can just return it without any problems. All you need is the cash register bong or, if you have paid with the customer card, you can also use the app.
