Media Markt plus guarantee after 1.5 years?

I bought a PS4 Pro in December 2018 with a 2 year warranty. The console is not defective or something, can I still apply for a plus guarantee after 1.5 years if I submit the Media Markt invoice or is this only possible with brand new electrical devices? I don't find anything useful on the Media Markt site

At Saturn this is only possible with new purchases, I was told there. And since both belong to the same company, I think it is the same at mediamarkt
