I sent in my Xbox controller on July 22nd and arrived at the Microsoft headquarters in Frankfurt on November 24th, from then on the service order was canceled, which means that it should be sent back. I changed this with a support employee so that it goes on in normal white, but unfortunately it has not been waiting for days for a so-called "update e-mail" that does not come, I always hear something different from all support employees there.
Now slowly I think to myself that I will never see the controller again.
and besides a friend of mine also sent in a controller and had it again within 6-8 days. I have been doing this for over 2 weeks now.
