Sell your Xbox one console, upload progress?

So I plan to sell my console

Before I do a factory reset, I'm wondering if I can upload the whole game (in monster hunter and dishonored2 and dishohnored 1) to a server so that I can restore it when I get a gaming pc or when I buy an xbox console again

If the game were offered by Microsoft as Play Anywhere, the scores can be accessed via the cloud on both the console and PC.

All other games, including yours, are also saved in the cloud, but are only available again via an Xbox.

So if you own a game on any console or PC, you will play a separate save for each game.

Got the two games mentioned as CD form. Doesn't this mean xbox play anywhere? Even if I upload to the cloud and then buy the games again on the microsoft store on the pc?

As far as I know, Play Anywhere games need to be purchased digitally.

But that's a shame because everything goes away. And if I buy a new console and log in with the same gmail, does it also need play anywhere or is the cloud storage used?

With a new Xbox, you simply log in with your Microsoft account and you can use your saved games again.

If you have always been connected to the internet while playing, it will automatically be saved in the cloud.

And if I have played part of the offline game but am now back online, does it also save the offline settings?

Not until you are online.

How else should the console be able to access the cloud when you are offline?

No, what I mean is, when I'm online, does it save everything or just places that I have played online?
