Play Xbox one GTA V online on PC?

I've had an Xbox One since Easter. It's a lot of fun and I got GTA v right there. But I played on the PC before the Xbox one but neglected acc and am now better on the Xbox acc than on the PC. Now my question, can I change it so that I can play on the PC with my Xbox Rockstar account?
