Format hard drive for PC again?

I used an external hard drive on the choir and have to format it accordingly via the xbox, but now I want to use it on my PC again. How can I format them again for PC? It is not displayed in Explorer, but it is in the Task Manager.

Enter "Disk Management" at the bottom left in the search field, right click, "Add drive letter" then add again and it will be displayed in Explorer.

Just format it from there.
