External Playstation hard drive?

As in the title is about my Playstation external hard drive, or better, the games up there.

I've saved my games from my ps4 and my account to the external hard drive. Now my problem

I took her to my girlfriend and infected her and since she has 2 of the games on her console and her account I was asked to either delete the 2 from my friend's hard drive or my external hard drive, so that nothing is doubled. I chose mine (I did not reinstall it afterwards). Now at home again I wanted to install it again, but I get the message I should take the "right" external hard drive, although it is this. Do I have to install the games from the console where I deleted them last, or are they gone now?
