I was about to open Ark on Xbox earlier.
The game did not start, the only message was that it was not available or that it could not be called up. When I tried again, there was no reaction from the game
So I restarted the Xbox. After several failed registrations, I restarted the console because the Xbox would not let me into my profile.
Well it worked, but my home screen went crazy.
I was shown the icon "Connect to Xbox Live". In the network settings, the Xbox showed me that all services were available. My friends menu was also available.
Next to my username was Ultimate- because I bought the Game Pass for 3 months 3 weeks ago.
When I tried to open Ark, which I downloaded through the Game Pass, the message came up I should extend my Game Pass.
What's going on there? And why?
Try to knock your account from the console. Then log in again and see if the errors occur again.
If the errors are still present, you should reset your console first, without also deleting your data. Doesn't that help do it again with delete data.
If it still doesn't help, you should write to Xbox Support.
