Since I signed my contract at the beginning of the year, Wi-Fi has been broken off once a week. I always had to turn the Wi-Fi off and on again so that I could connect again.
Since yesterday, however, I can no longer use my mobile phone and my Smart TV to access the Wi-Fi, because my devices just can't find the Wi-Fi, but strangely enough, my cell phone can already see the Wi-Fi from my neighbors.
It's even stranger that my neighbors and my subtenant can connect to my Wi-Fi using their devices.
So I can be sure that my devices are working properly, but that my wireless router is also working because my neighbors can connect to it.
For information:
My lodger is currently connecting to his XBox, Smart TV and two of his cell phones. Could it be that the router is burdened by it? The router is in his room because the connection is there in the room.
Provider already contacted but they couldn't help either, as the line works flawlessly.
I also updated my mobile phone…
Since I signed my contract at the beginning of the year, Wi-Fi has been broken off once a week.
What does your contract (who provides Internet access to your house and how fast it is) have to do with the fact that your WLAN (the local radio network between your router and your end devices) is not working? Those are two different things.
It's even stranger that my neighbors and my subtenant can connect to my Wi-Fi using their devices.

The router is in his room because the connection is there in the room.
Could it be simply that the wireless range does not extend from the room of your subtenant to your television?
Can you connect to your Wi-Fi with your mobile phone when you are standing in your subtenant's room or right in front of the door of the room?
No, even when I stand in front of it, I can't connect
Why not, what exactly is going on? If your mobile phone can't find the WLAN at all, does an error message appear when entering the password,?
Otherwise: Have you checked the router settings? Is the WLAN switched to "visible" so that you can also see and select it in the WLAN list? Has a MAC address filter been set there so that only devices that are already known to the router can connect?
