Can you somehow make a TV with 4 HDMI inputs through an adapter or a cable or whatever more HDMI inputs? Because 4 is kind of little. I use an Xbox One X, a switch, an Amazon Fire TV Stick and an Apple TV and a Sky Ticket Stick. That's why I always have to take out a device.
You can buy a splitter, you just have to switch over depending on what you want to use at the moment.

I would recommend an A / V Reciver (5.1 system). There are models with 6 and more HDMI inputs and you can also use three of four HDMI inputs on the TV. The reciver then only has to be connected to an HDMI connection with ARC (audio return channel) so that you can play back everything that comes from the TV via the reciver.
