I would like to get a Scuf controller for my Xbox ONE in the next few weeks. My question is does this controller have a headphone connection, if so, it is compatible with the Astro A40 gaming headset.

If you mean a real Scuff Controller then it depends on the manufacturer. But actually every controller since the Xbox One has a 3.5mm jack connection, which is why it will also be compatible with the Astro A40.
