Is the box compatible with the upcoming new console generation (PS5, Xbox One Series X) ergo without loss of quality?
Apparently not sure
Actually a great thing. My only problem is that the thing supports HDMI 2.0b, which means that the HDMI 2.1 signal of the new Xbox Scarlett is not passed through without loss, which should be noticeable on 8K screens. As I said, great thing but not quite future-proof.

Also a good idea
But not necessarily with a 4K right?
This has nothing to do with 4K but with what the box supports or not. Ask Philips
the sync box just HDM 2.0 , not capable 2.1!
