Xbox One X 60 min gameplay record what USB stick?

I just saw in a video that I can record up to 60 minutes of gameplay on my Xbox One X. However, this is only possible with an external USB 3.0 stick (seen here:

Now I would like to buy such a USB stick 3.0, I'm currently on the side of the MediaMarkt but no plan which size for HD. Are there enough 16 GB or does it have to be larger, read in forums that even after the 128 formatting, for example, are not accepted or recognized.

Anything between 16 and 64 GB fits everything.

Have you seen there are now 3.1 should go or better stay at 3.0?

3.1 also fits
