No. 360 accessories are not compatible with the One.

There may be adapters but I don't know more details.

But if you buy a One then it comes with a controller!

Then you have to buy a second controller.

If you buy a One and sure enough a game or two, an additional controller should be included.

And maybe the second user of this controller may contribute something to it.
