USB headset to xbox one controller?

There are USB to jack adapter, so I wanted to pick one for my headset.

Can someone recommend me a suitable adapter where synonymous, the headset can reproduce speech and sound? Most on Amazon e.g. Do not work.

Something like here in the picture would be what I'm looking for. Hope on experience reports!

As far as I know, you can't run microphones and speakers over a jack. Can't connect your headset directly to the console?
