Why do many hate the Xbox?

The XBox does indeed have many problems. For one thing, XBox has almost no exclusive titles, which is the main attraction for consoles. Almost every game that you can play on the XBox is also available on PC, often in a better version. While the PS4 / 5 and Switch become exclusive consoles worth buying through exclusive titles, the XBox basically remains only a less powerful, less flexible but also cheaper mini PC.
I switched from ps 2 to 360 and then stayed at Xbox because they offer the better service, server and support but it is just that there are a lot of genes out of my gen that started with PS and want to stay with it was Sony's console cheaper to buy at least as far as Ps1 and PS4 are concerned.
