No, that's the XBox One Key. You can play with Windows 10 version players (both are Bedrock versions), but from what I see there's a key for the XBoxOne version.

Do you already have the Java Edition? If so then you get the Windows 10 / Bedrock edition for free.

You can only get a Windows 10 key for free if you bought the Java Edition before October 2018.
There's a website where you can get a key if you have the Java edition. So I got it myself. 😉
