TV always turns on automatically to 16: 9 even though you enter only Scan?

Hi

I have a Samsung TV which is fine too I always play Xbox One and wanted to ask questions like I have the format in the screen settings I always set from 16: 9 to scan only because a few games on the screen is too big and not quite be displayed on the screen but if I have set to scan only comes after about 10 minutes a few seconds a black screen and then the back to 16: 9 and how can I now set to permanent scan only hope you can help me

With my Samsung one can adjust there "automatically". Is that synonymous with you and helps maybe?
