I rented movies on Xbox One. Are there any ways to display them on my Samsung Smart TV? Without having to connect the Xbox.

Unfortunately no, you have to use the console.
And turn off the TV's gaming mode while watching a movie!

If I log on to the PC with my Xbox account, can I rent films from somewhere with the credit? And look too?
The former should work by opening the TV menu and finding the game mode under quick settings.
The latter is also possible if you have installed the Movies and TV app to play via the Windows Store. You can also buy or rent the films in the store.
