Hi, our ps4 has been broken for 1 month, so we sent it for repair this Monday, as it still had warranty. There they said that takes 10-15 days. Well, it's a holiday now and we can't stand it without it. We just wanted to buy a new one at Mediamarkt until the other console is back and then return the new one. If you say this reason, they do not take that for granted, but what would be the reason that they have to accept the console? Wrong gift?

Simply and simply - there's no right of withdrawal for a shop purchase, or 14 days or longer for an online purchase if the seller grants an extended right of revocation.
Otherwise - if the device has a defect - the dealer will forward it for review and then it will be decided if you will receive a replacement - you have no right to "take back" and cash payment.
