The HDMI cable, which you use for the 360, simply connects to the "HDMI In" connection of the Xbox One, which is located directly next to the "HDMI Out" connection. With Xbox One, all you have to do is open the "One Drive" app, and after 10 to 20 seconds the Xbox 360 image will appear. Remember that not everything can be transferred figuratively. If you are using a DVD, the Xbox 360 may misdiagnose the Xbox One as a kind of capture box and therefore block the signal line. Since the DHCP takes effect (is a kind of copy protection) I have an HDMI splitter in such a case.
