I play on the PC with an xbox wireless controller and after 20-30 minutes it always goes off and after 10-20 seconds it turns on again automatically. Despite new batteries

Why is that?

Is it the controller? Or on Windows? I used to have no problems.

Try to connect it with a cable so take a Samsung charging cable. Connect it to the controller and to the pc. If nothing breaks, it would take 1-4 seconds. You can also take out the batteries. The controller is lighter.
